The survey has been handed out to teens in sixth form, so between 12- 20 and the survey has been given out to both genders (male and female). From this survey I had found out that girls are often the ones to watch drama movies because they find it more interesting to watch and there are a lot of surprises. However boys are less likely to watch our film because there is not enough of action, violence in it, which doesn't interest them.  I had noticed that a lot of people have chosen American drama films as one of their options because it is more realistic than UK films; this is because American films are more touching and they find ways to touch the audiences heart. A lot of our audiences who were females who chose romantic movies to be their favourite genre and drama was their second. We asked 'what attracts you the most to watch drama films' and a lot of their responses were because some people can relate to the film. Also drama move can change the audiences emotion, for example the film can start off with a happy start and end sad or it could be the opposite. I have noticed that mainly females made the effort to fill in the survey.
